Ningbo Lingkai Manufacture’s Electric Power Pulling Winch is designed for the tower line, traction line, tight line, and cable-laying operation site when there is electric power. We manufacture an electric power pulling winch with 1 ton, 3 ton, and 5 tons. And the electromotor has 3 KW, 4 KW. Although we have belt-driven, and shaft-driven transmission line-stringing winches, for this electric power-pulling winch, we only developed the belt type.
(1) The customized Electric Power Pulling Winch machine should be placed in a flat, unobstructed place and firmly fixed to prevent the grinding frame from moving or tilting.
(2) One end of the running rope is led towards the traction object from the lower half of the grinding core and is wound around the grinding core in a clockwise direction, while the other end is led out from the upper half of the grinding core.
(3) The running rope should be led horizontally to the guide pulley and not directly to a high place.
(4) If any rope jamming is found, immediately stop the vehicle and straighten the rope before continuing the grinding work.
(5) The electric power pulling winch should be equipped with a braking mechanism to prevent the reversal of the grinding core in order to prevent injury caused by the reversal of the grinding core.
(6) When the winch stops rotating, the brake should be set, and the running and pulling ropes should be securely locked before the operator can leave.
(7) Multiple personnel should have a clear division of labor for operation, with a dedicated person directing the same action. It is strictly prohibited for unrelated personnel to stay on either side of the running rope or tightening rope.
