Principle and structure of grinder

The mill is a continuous conveying machine that uses spiral blades to transport materials from the feed port to the discharge port.

Working principle: After the material enters the barrel from the feed hopper through the feed pipe, it is fully ground and mixed into the required fineness (generally less than 2 mm) after one or more rapid impact crushing in the barrel body. At the same time, due to the action of axial flow fan, the gas pressure accelerates the powder material and is thrown out to a certain height to achieve the purpose of classification separation.
